Are you a motivated and experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? Look no further! Our client, a British heritage manufacturing company based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, has an exciting opportunity for someone just like you.
As the Contracts Manager, you will play an integral role in the delivery of the organisation’s works programme from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed cost and time parameters. With incredible plans for the future, our client is looking for someone who is passionate about their job and enjoys being part of the journey.
To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in surveying, construction or architectural discipline with 3 years post-qualification experience (or be qualified by experience). You should also have experience managing projects with values of £30,000 to £3 million. Additionally, it’s essential that you hold a valid UK driving licence and understand JCT contracts and CDM regulations.
In this role, you’ll enjoy regular travel (predominantly to London, but with hybrid working) and flexible working hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm). The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and good knowledge of MS Word and Excel. You’ll also be adaptable and flexible for the needs of the business and the client requirements.
