It’s a broad role covering marketing, content and email.

Management of team members, including prioritisation and  planning. .  Lead, motivate and inspire your direct and indirect reports to achieve both individual and team performance. Coach and develop your direct reports  Support the business by leading change management e.g., product, comms, website changes etc. Develop and deliver non-paid social media strategy to engage customers Management and optimisation of review websites Ownership of print relationships  Ownership of assets Act as brand custodian, enforcing consistency for brand and tone of voice Creation and optimisation of all internal and externally facing assets. Transactional and non-transactional comms management Develop and deliver strategy for campaigns Communicating campaign performance to wider team Management of our CRM database and email service provider
Ability to motivate, inspire and engage a team to achieve outstanding results.
Ability to interpret MI data and manage performance.
Ability to coach and provide effective meaningful feedback.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
