Our client is seeking a highly analytical, technically proficient, and digitally savvy candidate to fill the role of Head of Engagement. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing and stewardship strategy that supports our mission, enables growth, and enhances our presence in the charity sector, memorials, and beyond.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have two areas of focus to maximize your positive impact:
1) Lead the evolution in the scale and quality of our engagement levels through improved processes, resources, integrations, marketing campaigns using Salesforce and other digital tools.
2) Harness the power of partnerships, networks, case studies, training expertise and information to increase the company’s visibility across all channels.
You will achieve this through close collaboration with the wider management team including Technical Support Brand Communications Partnerships & Training. The ideal candidate should be organized driven with a clear sense of purpose.
Essential Skills:
– Strong skills in building engagement across desktop mobile and social channels
– Proven experience in marketing/relationship management
– Technical knowledge in areas such as web design digital user experience video content creation.
– Prior understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud could be an advantage
