Your Mission:

As Head of PR, you’ll be the driving force behind the press and media relations strategy, spearheading efforts to elevate the brand presence and engage with key audiences. From developing innovative press campaigns to nurturing relationships with media partners, your role will be pivotal in shaping the brand narrative and ensuring the company stands out in a crowded marketplace.  Working closely with the CEO and MD, this is a new role and that elusive greenfield site.  Part of the wider Marketing team with a Senior PR Manager for support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure impactful press coverage.
  • Provide strategic counsel on corporate communications and reputation management.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, from press releases to social media.
  • Manage PR agencies, budgets, and reporting to ensure optimal results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering connections and representing the company at industry events.

About You:

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium drinks brand PR, with a track record of success.
  • True team player with experience of working in a collaborative SME
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing ideas and knowledge.
