Our client is looking for a PR Account Director level to join the team to work in the CleanTech/Renewables space. You don’t absolutely have to have experience of that space, but an interest in it and a background in technology would be a great fit.
The ideal person will have a PR agency background and training. They will like a work hard environment, but equally one that offers a great work/life balance. Initially this will be to work from home on a full time basis, and our client is happy for this to continue, with the occasional office day for team building etc.
The PR Account Director will be a senior member of the team and will typically manage client relationships and internal teams for key accounts, oversee and improve workflow and processes for PR and marketing, help to win new business and retain and grow existing accounts. You need strong content creation skills and a focus on B2B, and maybe technology, in your career to date.
The role involves strategic oversight as well as direct client management, where you’ll be responsible for managing a client portfolio. At this stage in their growth, they expect all employees to be flexible and agile, taking a ‘hands on’ approach when needed. This role reports directly to the managing director.
