Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of junior PR professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director (MD) to develop and execute PR strategies tailored to client needs.
- Drive press coverage and media relations for clients, with a focus on traditional press outlets.
- Manage client relationships effectively, serving as the main point of contact for PR-related matters.
- Develop compelling storytelling narratives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Utilise strong digital PR skills to complement traditional media outreach efforts.
- Work with the Partnerships team to pull together joint projects.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency through proactive participation and idea generation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a PR agency environment, with a focus on luxury brands and hospitality clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of traditional media relations and a proven track record of securing press coverage.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in digital PR tactics and strategies, including social media and online content creation.
- Experience working with partnerships and/or understanding of partnership dynamics is a plus.
- Ambitious and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, start up-like environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Located in or willing to commute central London four days a week, with the option for remote work on Fridays.
Note: The salary range for this position is £45,000 – £55,000.
